FACILITIES
Dry toilets are now on both sides of the lake. There is a hot shower on one side of the lake along with a shelter which has charging points and a fridge. We are also planning cabins on the far side of the lake for 2025, follow our Facebook and Instagram pages to keep up to date as it happens.
NEW STOCK !! JANUARY 2024
Some of the new carp we stocked in January this year. All weighing between 24lb-28lb, we cant wait to see their progress over the coming years. We netted the lake in November 2023 and removed a lot of the silvers along with any carp we could under 16lb and have replaced some of them with the carp below. In November we will add another 20 carp and then aim to add around 5-10 carp between 12-14kg each year to so that we are constantly keeping a good healthy stock in the lake.
NEW STOCK NOVEMBER 2024
We added 20 carp on 13th November from 8 – 14 kg. Some superb looking carp, mainly mirrors with a few commons. We are looking forward to seeing the growth rates of these new fish over the coming years & if January’s stocking is anything to go by it looks to be very promising with some of them packing on a good 5lb when caught this season.
